Oujlémis is a free application for organizing and easily finding the contents of your boxes and storage spaces using QR codes. Main features: - QR code scanning - Taking photos of contents - Local storage of photos on device - Organization by box number

The website allows: - Purchase of printable QR labels - Access to application information - Download of free label packs
4. Access to Services
4.1 Access Conditions
The application is available for free on: - Google Play Store (Android 7.0 minimum) - App Store (iOS - coming soon) The website is accessible from any modern web browser.
4.2 Availability
We strive to ensure maximum availability of our services, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to: - Technical maintenance - Unforeseen failures - Factors beyond our control
5. Use of Services
5.1 Authorized Use
The application and services are intended for legal personal or professional use. You agree to: - Comply with these Terms - Not use the services for illegal purposes - Not attempt to bypass security measures - Not overload our servers with abusive requests
5.2 Prohibited Use
It is strictly prohibited to: - Resell or redistribute free or paid QR labels - Use labels for commercial purposes without written authorization - Modify, decompile or reverse-engineer the application - Extract or copy content from websites - Impersonate LINEAIRE or create misleading similar sites
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Rights on Application and Websites
All elements of the websites and application (texts, images, logos, source code, design) are protected by copyright and belong to LINEAIRE. Any unauthorized reproduction, representation or exploitation is prohibited and constitutes counterfeiting punishable under French Intellectual Property Code.
6.2 Rights on QR Labels
QR labels purchased or downloaded for free are granted under a personal or internal professional use license only. You can: - Print labels for your personal use - Use them in your company to organize your stock - Reprint them as needed You cannot: - Resell or distribute them to third parties - Integrate them into commercial products - Offer them for download on other sites
6.3 Your Content
Photos you take with the application belong to you. They are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted to our servers.
7. Purchases and Payments
7.1 Available Products
We offer: - Starter Pack: 15 free labels - Premium Pack: 100 labels for €9.99 - Enterprise Pack: 500 labels for €29.99 Prices in euros including VAT, valid at time of order.

7.3 Payment Methods

8. Right of Withdrawal

11. Liability
11.1 Our Responsibilities
We strive to provide quality services, but cannot guarantee: - Total absence of errors or bugs - Compatibility with all devices - Label print quality (depends on your printer) - QR code durability (depends on paper and usage conditions)
11.2 Liability Limitations
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product concerned. We are not responsible for: - Indirect damages (loss of time, lost profits) - Loss of your local photos (back up your phone regularly) - Problems caused by your equipment or internet connection
11.3 Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for: - Backing up your data - Security of your device - Respecting copyrights on photos you take
12. Personal Data
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We only collect data necessary for service operation and strictly comply with GDPR.
13. Cookies
We only use technical cookies essential for site operation (selected language, cart). No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
14. Changes to Terms

15. Termination

You can stop using our services at any time by uninstalling the application.
15.2 By Us
We reserve the right to suspend or delete access to services in case of: - Violation of these Terms - Abusive or fraudulent use - Non-payment - Legal obligation
16. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are subject to French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first via our contact form. Failing amicable agreement within 30 days, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Dunkirk, France. 17. General Provisions

Failure to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
17.4 Assignment
You cannot assign your rights and obligations without our prior written consent.
